I am passionate about living life to the fullest, and I believe that the way we care for our bodies carries over into all aspects of our lives. My goal on this blog is to bring you simple, straightforward wellness advice that will encourage and inspire you to live well!
I love practicing and teaching yoga, good food and nutrition, and facilitating healing through therapeutic massage. I combine these passions in my health coaching business to bring my clients a holistic, integrated approach to taking charge of their own health. I graduated from Cal Poly in 2008 with a B.S. in Nutrition Science, completed my 200-hour Massage Practitioner training through the California Holistic Institute in 2005, and graduated from Yogaworks yoga teacher training in 2011. I have worked side-by-side with a Naturopathic Doctor, Physical Therapists, and a Chiropractor. I continue to take courses in bodywork and movement therapy and most recently completed a doula (CAPPA) training course. My goal is to help other women live vibrantly healthy lives and enjoy each beautiful stage along the way!
